1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and ck67 ("ck67", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ck67.io ("Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slots, European Blackjack, crash games, and all associated account, cashier, and support features — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all players who access the Platform from Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction in which access is not prohibited by applicable law. ck67 operates in English and serves the Bangladesh market. All communications, Terms, and Platform interface elements are provided in English.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ck67 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms for any person under the age of 21 to register an account, deposit funds, place wagers, or otherwise use the Platform. ck67 takes age verification seriously and will request documentary evidence of age at any point during the account lifecycle.

2.2 Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must create a single registered account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the ck67 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, ck67 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and historical wagers, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

2.4 Jurisdictional Restrictions

You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the ck67 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ck67 does not make any representation that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Players are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. ck67 reserves the right to restrict or block access from any jurisdiction at its discretion without prior notice.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck67 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify ck67 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your credentials have been compromised, or that any transaction on your account was not initiated by you. ck67 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access that arose from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ck67 employs 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data in transit between your device and the Platform. Notwithstanding these measures, you acknowledge that no internet transmission is entirely secure and that you use the Platform at your own risk. You are responsible for ensuring that your device is free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats that could compromise your account.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ck67 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with responsible gaming and anti-fraud best practices. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. ck67 reserves the right to request KYC documents at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to any withdrawal, following a significant change in account activity, or at any other time deemed appropriate by ck67's compliance team.

Acceptable KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• A document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Evidence of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account showing your registered name and number)

ck67 may request additional documentation where the standard documents provided are insufficient for verification purposes. Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete to ck67's satisfaction. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request may be suspended.

5. Deposits and Payment Methods

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

ck67 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change. The current list of available deposit methods is displayed in the Platform cashier at all times.

5.2 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers, and withdrawals on the ck67 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to BDT transactions. Where a payment is initiated in a currency other than BDT, the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will be applied and any conversion costs will be borne by the Player.

5.3 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier for each available payment method. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ck67 account instantly upon confirmation of the transaction by the relevant mobile banking provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one business day of cleared receipt. ck67 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges.

5.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your ck67 account, is strictly prohibited. Any deposits identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered account holder may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

6. Withdrawals and Processing

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your ck67 account at any time. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and the applicable processing time for each payment method are displayed in the cashier.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• Any active bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirements will not be available for withdrawal until the requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.
• ck67 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that meet certain risk thresholds before processing.

ck67 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one to three business days. ck67 cannot guarantee processing times for bank transfers, as these are subject to the timelines of the receiving financial institution. Mobile banking withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed faster, subject to the payment provider's own systems.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

ck67 may offer bonuses, free spin credits, cashback awards, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, which form part of these Terms and must be read in conjunction with them. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible contributing games, time limit for completion, and maximum withdrawable amount from bonus play will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these conditions prior to accepting any bonus offer.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

ck67 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include, without limitation: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; placing wagers that exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay; wagering exclusively on games or outcomes with the intent of circumventing wagering requirements; and coordinating with other players to unfairly extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck67 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and all associated winnings, and to close the offending account.

7.4 Seasonal and Event Promotions

ck67 may run time-limited promotional campaigns aligned with the Bangladesh sporting calendar, including BPL and IPL cricket seasons, T20 World Cup fixtures, and cultural events such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and availability is not guaranteed. ck67 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Sports Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement and Acceptance

A sports bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the ck67 platform with a unique bet reference number. Bets placed but not confirmed due to a system error, connectivity failure, or odds change are not valid. ck67 reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including where the stake exceeds applicable limits or where the platform suspects irregular betting activity.

8.2 Odds and Market Suspension

Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. In-play markets may be suspended during a fixture at ck67's discretion, particularly during significant match events such as wickets in cricket, goals in football, or video reviews. Bets accepted before a market suspension remain valid unless the specific market is subsequently voided. ck67 accepts no liability for bets that could not be placed due to market suspension.

8.3 Void Bets and Refunds

A bet may be declared void under the following circumstances: the relevant fixture is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time; the market on which the bet was placed is incorrectly priced due to a manifest error; or the event to which the bet relates does not take place. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's ck67 account balance.

8.4 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all other cricket fixtures: matches must reach the minimum number of overs required for a result to be declared under the relevant tournament's Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules for bets to stand. Match winner markets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant cricket governing body (BCCI, ICC, BCB). In-play markets for individual overs, deliveries, or innings segments are governed by the specific rules published in the cricket betting section of the Platform.

9. Casino Games and Fair Play

All casino games available on the ck67 Platform — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, crash games from Spribe, and European Blackjack variants — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live broadcast systems independently verified by the respective game provider. ck67 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual titles are available from the game provider's published documentation.

In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, the outcome of the round will be determined by the Platform's server-side record of that round. ck67 is not liable for losses resulting from player-side internet connectivity failures during active game rounds. Where a software malfunction affects the integrity of a game round, the affected round may be voided and the wager returned to the player's account balance.

10. Responsible Gaming

ck67 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all players. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. ck67 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased until a mandatory cooling-off period has elapsed.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck67 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform
• Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of cheating in sports betting markets
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ck67 staff or other players
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Platform's software or content

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the ck67 Platform — including but not limited to the ck67 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ck67 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the ck67 Platform without the express prior written consent of ck67. Scraping, data mining, or the automated extraction of any data from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if ck67 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ck67's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in the relevant player's ck67 account at the time the claim arises. ck67 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ck67 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features thereof.

14. Privacy and Data

ck67 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will be used for the purposes of account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, responsible gaming compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of promotional communications where you have consented to receive them.

ck67 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers (including payment processors and KYC verification services) on a strictly need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements. 15. Amendments and Termination

15.1 Amendments

ck67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ck67 will provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor changes (including corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights of players) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.

15.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ck67 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Active self-exclusions must be served in full before an account can be reopened.

15.3 Termination by ck67

ck67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where: the player has violated these Terms; ck67 has reason to suspect fraudulent activity; the account has been inactive for a period of 12 or more consecutive months; or where continued operation of the account would cause ck67 to breach any applicable legal or regulatory obligation. Where an account is closed by ck67 due to a Terms violation, ck67 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and ck67 regarding these Terms or your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact ck67 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ck67 aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of ck67's internal dispute resolution process, you may seek independent legal advice. ck67 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any particular court by virtue of these Terms, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and ck67.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ck67 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.
